The board of Directors of Maillis Strapping Systems bring valuable expertise, business education and third party experiences to our leadership. The Board is comprised of members from the company and members from specialty fields in Operations and Finance. We rely on our Board to provide superior guidance, support and to help us maintain our competitive edge in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

Chairman of the Board:

Mr. Michael J. Maillis ( Chairman of the board, M.J. Maillis Group )

An Iron Metallurgy Engineer with past experience in German Steelworks having specialized in the development of new steel types.

Vice President:

Mr. John Kourouglos ( Chief Executive Officer, M.J. Maillis Group )

An experienced global executive, has been named to the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer with global responsibilities for sales, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain and logistics. Mr. Kourouglos received his M.S. in Management and B.S. in Chemical Engineering degrees, from New Jersey Institute of Technology, in 1982 & 1978 respectively.

Vice President & Treasurer:

Mr. André Thibault C.A. ( President & Managing Director of Wulftec International Inc. )

With Wulftec since January 3, 2001, he is the President & CEO of Wulftec since October 1st, 2004. Mr. Thibault is a Chartered Accountant and has 30 years experience in consulting and top management positions in various Québec manufacturing industries exporting worldwide.
