While it is of utmost importance to us at Maillis Strapping Systems that we do everything that we can to provide you with the best customer service, it is important to communicate that no returned material will be accepted without an RMA number being issued prior to the return
When it is necessary to return material, displaying your RMA # on the outside of your box is required. This includes tool repairs, as well. Simply write “tool repair” on the outside of the box, preferably in permanent marker, or something else that is highly visible. On the inside of the box, you will need to include your PO for your tool repair. You can get the information for your PO for your tool repair from Customer Service: (1 877 962-4648) .
Boxes returned to us that are not clearly marked as an RMA or as a tool repair will be rejected at the time of delivery.
