While it is of utmost importance to us at Maillis Strapping Systems that we do everything that we can to provide you with the best customer service possible, it is becoming increasingly common that products, parts, tools, etc. are being returned to us without an RMA number. Due to the confusion that this has caused, we must inform you that effective immediately, no returned material will be accepted without an RMA number being issued prior to the return.
When returning your material, you must display your RMA # on the outside of your box. This includes tool repairs, as well. Simply write “tool repair” on the outside of the box, preferably in permanent marker, or something else that is highly visible. On the inside of the box, you will need to include your PO for your tool repair. You can get the information for your PO for your tool repair from Paul Raineyby calling: 866 409-3388.
Boxes returned to us that are not clearly marked as an RMA or as a tool repair will be rejected at the time of delivery.
