Linear movement of the head
The strapping head is mounted on a movable assembly guided with two linear bearings and activated by a rodless cylinder. The head has a load sensing device that detects the side of the load so tensioning and welding are done as close as possible to the product for maximum strap containment efficiency. Maximum stroke is 20”.

Strap positioning deviceA pneumatically driven strap positioning device ensures exact horizontal strap alignment. Two flexible elastics match to the contour of load to be strapped. The two cylinders which move the elastics to the load have a maximum stroke of 20”. |
